Alaryk craft brewery, established in 2016 is located in Beziers, southern France. Drawing inspiration from the Languedoc wine region they embody that distinct French style, where quality is expressed at every stage.

Like a good wine, Alaryk can be termed a gourmet elegant beer, brewed from the finest raw materials, through the best production methods, with the finest tools — bottle included.

Alaryk beers are 100% organic and additive-free. They are produced without any CO2 addition, by top fermentation and are unfiltered.

This pale ale with its delicate malty and fruity flavour is brewed in accordance with the brewing tradition, by top fermentation and is unpasteurised. It is made with the finest ingredients in organic farming.

BLONDE 5% PALE ALE

This fruity wheat beer is naturally hazy, it is brewed in the spirit of Bavarian wheat beers, by top fermentation and is un-pasteurised. You will appreciate its citrus fruit, spice and banana notes with its light frothy foam.

BLANCHE 4.5% WEIZEN

This amber coloured gourmet ale delivers slightly caramelized biscuit notes. You will love its roundness and real light bitterness. This beer is brewed in accordance with the brewing tradition, in top fermentation and un-pasteurized.

Brewed with barley, wheat malts and raw rye, this strong ale is full of malt and fruits flavours, and well balanced with its delicate taste and its strengh.

TRIPLE GRAIN 8.5% STRONG ALE

This beer with deep dark robe delivers roasted, licorice and caramel notes, its bitterness and strength are well balanced. It is brewed in the tradition of bières-de-garde, in top fermentation and unpasteurised.

BRUNE 8% STRONG DARK ALE

This beer, brewed in the Belgian tradition, is a double fermentation, which gives it spicy, dried apricot flavour and bitterness that blends perfectly with its mild sweetness.
